Refund Policy:
The ticket price can be refunded in person before the show starts. We will not provide refunds over the phone. You can opt for a free pass instead of a refund.

Buying tickets online

1. Bring a printed or digital copy of the confirmation to pick up your tickets.  You can find this in your email (check your spam folder if you don't see the email).
2. There is a $1.25 service charge per ticket.
3. Please arrive with enough time to pick up your ticket and find your seat before the show starts.

Buying gift cards online

1. An e-mail will be sent to the recipient’s email address with a gift card code.
2. Bring this code to purchase tickets and concessions.
3. There is a $1.25 service charge per gift card code.
